Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:
Contract Administrator with Italian / French / Dutch or German

Main Responsibilities:

• Contract creation , preparation and execution , contract termination and renewals;
• Creation of Contract templates;
• Propose ideas for process improvement.
• Bad debt management - extraordinary pursuit, recoveries and write off
• Check expiry dates and validity of tax licenses/tax exception compliance and request new licenses before expiration.
• Process disbursements towards rent/lease/commission payments and monitor contract utilization.

Requirements:

• Fluent French, Italian, Dutch or German language both written and spoken;
• PC literacy and a good command of English language
• 2 years of experience in contract administration;
• Previous experience with SAP and Express Wizard (Icertis)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with customers, understand and resolve issues
