Currently we are offering a great opportunity to join the team of our partner for the position:

HR Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze business staffing needs and market developments, plan sourcing methods, warrant effective selection and on-boarding process;
• Manage performance & talent management process;
• Coordinate employees career development programs with managers, through training and development initiatives, to provide employees with the necessary skills to meet current job requirements and for employees' future advancement;
• Propose the compensation and benefits guiding principles to attract the right candidates in the most cost effective way;
• Oversee the budget of staff related costs;
• Manage the annual salary review process;
• Manages payroll for the site by providing and validating the respective payroll data and calculations;
• Leverage the human resource information system to effectively and efficiently manage HR processes;
• Provide expert advice and coaching to line management in resolving any human related issues i.e. legal obligations, conflicts, performance issues etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University education in Human Resources or related business field;
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HR positions, at least two in HR managerial roles Experience in industrial sites.
• Fluency in English language;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous change initiatives
• Lead and collaborate across boundaries with multiple stakeholders that have diverging interests
• Professional attitude towards sensitive and confidential situations and documentation;
• Driving license is a plus.
