We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partners – a global leader company, for the position of:


Senior Recruiter BPO

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our multilingual sales centre;
• Manage hiring manager expectations and ensure they receive regular updates on recruitment progress;
• Maintain recruitment administration and systems (inc Workday Recruiting) in a timely manner including the appropriate correspondence to all applicants;
• Drive the local implementation of global recruitment and selection processes and policies
• Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience is achieved for all applicants
• Collaborate with hiring managers to build strong credible relationships, discuss recruitment; needs and determine appropriate recruitment strategies;
• Provide training and ongoing coaching to hiring managers to ensure they fully understand our recruitment and selection processes and.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of high-volume recruitment – multilingual recruitment highly desirable
• 2+ years recruitment experience;
• Fluent in English - written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Presentational and training skills;
