We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partner an international organisation for the position of: IT Recruiter for International Recruitment (6 months project)

Job responsibilities:


• Supporting Hiring Managers through the end-to-end recruitment process;
• Managing the requisition approval process through SuccessFactors;
• Managing all channels for candidate sourcing, including direct advertising, recruitment agencies and pro-active headhunting;
• Coordinating and attending on-site, video and telephone interviews, playing an active role in the candidate selection process;


Requirements:


• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter in the IT industry;
• Fluent in English C1 level
• Experience working with special databases, skills identifying and selecting resumes of potential candidates for technical vacancies;
• Ready to multitask and process large amounts of information;
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude;
• Attention to details, extremely organized with the ability to manage deadlines;
