We are currently looking for one of its Clients – Industrial Production site for Medical devices with decades of experience, for serious and ambitious candidates for the position of:

HR GENERALIST


Responsibilities:

• Cover a wide range of HR processes for the whole company in support of business objectives and HR initiatives;
• Managing the full employee life cycle from recruitment, hiring, induction to exit;
• Actively participate in developing, customizing and implementing recognition initiatives and employee engagement programs;
• Suggesting improvements and taking part in new initiatives;
• Plays active role in creation, implementation and improvement of new or existing HR procedures, programs and projects;
• Organizing technical and soft skills trainings for the employees.

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field;
• At least 2-3 years of HR experience: administration, recruitment, training and development, etc.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken);
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Presentational and training skills;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
