For one of our clients, worldwide organization, we are looking for:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Responsible for management and execution of end to end country Talent Acquisition strategy and Recruitment plan tо ensure ever changing business requirements are met

• Leads the implementation and maintenance of local talent acquisition programs, including University and Business school partnership to support Finance Graduate program and Technology Academy design and launch

• Manage relationships with all stakeholders in the business, while maintaining and growing a pipeline of external and internal talents

• Keep professional relationships with candidates, proactively sourcing talent profiles through social media and networking events, with focus on technology roles

• Maintain and utilize an internal database of potential candidates to proactively identify suitable profiles to answer to business needs and current or new job requirements

Your experience and skills that we are looking for:


• Expected to have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience, including full life cycle recruiting and project management
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, employer branding, tools, and recruitment technology
• Ability to develop successful relationships with business partners and team members in a virtual capacity
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain and develop professional relationship with a pipeline of internal and external candidates
• Affinity for technology, tools, and processes
• Fluency in English
