Our partner is a production company which will opens new shared service center at Sofia. Together we are looking for :

Senior HR Manager

Main responsibilities:
• Develops and implements the HR strategy for Group „X“ Services that is aligned with the „X“'s vision and its current and long-term business objectives at a global or domestic level;
• Advises the Group „X“ Services executive team on HR issues in order to inform business planning activity;
• Oversees the local deployment of multiple core HR processes, including talent management, reward, performance management and recruitment, making recommendations for change where these do not align to business needs;
• Represents BSC inside and outside the company;
• Manages organizational needs, resource requirements, critical people and organizational capabilities required to deliver organizational HR objectives and enable successful execution of strategy;
• Involved in multi-disciplinary projects, covering a number of areas, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, people management, Employee Relations and change management;
• Supports the BSC Director with Strategic workforce planning activities;
• Coaches, supports, mentors and challenges BSC Director in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure;
• Provides consultation on Employee Relations issues, utilizing knowledge of employee relations principles, practices, methods, and programs;
• Actively monitors and challenges the BSC leadership team, providing effective coaching, to ensure that „X“ values and performance standards are effectively reflected in recruitment, talent planning and reward decision-making;
• Builds capability across the functions and corporate BSC to deliver against objectives mentoring and developing talent;
• Identify critical roles, and build succession through talent pool;
• Support identification of low performers and lead execution of exit decisions;
• Responsible for Social risk management: risk identification and mitigation.

Requirements and qualifications:
• University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
• Global experience in Shared Service/BSC industry (7-10 years);
• Fluent English and Bulgarian;
• Experience in a senior/Director HR generalist position;
• Experience of working in complex global multi-national organizations;
• Demonstrate experience of managing one or more complex HR projects;
• Strategic workforce planning;
• Outstanding People management skills (ability to attract, develop, retain, train, coach.);
• Capability in developing and implementing HR strategy;
• Strong business and analytical skills.
