For one of our loyal partners we are looking to appoint a motivated and responsible person for the position of HR Specialist


Responsbilities:

Response for administration of service schedules;
Coordinates and controls the work schedule with a system for recording working hours;
Performs inspections and changes in the system for reading working hours in SAP HR;
Responsible for the process of administration and introduction of new employees in the company;
Supports the process of training, selection and evaluation of new colleagues in the company;
Assisting the department in the process of marketing human resources, internal communication company, open doors, corporate events;


Requirements:

Bachelor Degree
Good knowledge of the labour code;
Fluency in English;
Experience in the administration of work schedules
Very good command of MS Office;
Efficient and reliable, with a high level of attention to detail;
Independence and initiative;
