We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partner an international organisation for the position of: Recruitment Specialist

Job responsibilities:

Supporting Hiring Managers through the end-to-end recruitment process;
Managing the requisition approval process through SuccessFactors;
Managing all channels for candidate sourcing, including direct advertising, recruitment agencies and pro-active headhunting;
Coordinating and attending on-site, video and telephone interviews, playing an active role in the candidate selection process;


Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a Recruiter;
Experience in the IT industry would be an advantage;
Fluent in English C1 level;
Experience working with special databases, skills identifying and selecting resumes of potential candidates for technical vacancies;
Ready to multitask and process large amounts of information;
Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude;
Attention to details, extremely organized with the ability to manage deadlines;
