For one of our clients, worldwide organization with established SSC in Bulgaria, we are looking for:
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OPERATIONS LEAD
The person will be responsible for the management of employees’ reward, covering direct pay (salary mass monitoring, salary review, external benchmarks), variable pay or bonus, sales incentives, profit sharing, and indirect pay (performance shares, employee stock ownership programs, medical and life insurance, other benefits).
Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and qualitative delivery of C&B operations, supervise operational efficiency of processes, produce and follow critical metrics
• Enhance processes delivery through documentation and formalisation of processes, controls definition, standardization, automation, continuous improvement and GSSC C&B resources allocation optimization
• Manage the C&B team, provide them a second level of expertise and coordinate with the respective Global Heads of C&B processes
• Act as a focal point on C&B Operations matters, representing the team at GSSC senior management meetings
• Provide relevant reports and analytics when required
Requirements:
• Proven experience of minimum 5 years in Compensation & Benefits Operations in an international organization
• Proven track record in process optimization, automation, and lean management in a shared service center
• Excellent people management skills
• Sound analytics skills and sophisticated knowledge of Excel, Access and Power Point
• Understanding of the financial critical metrics
• Outstanding interpersonal skills (ability to interact with Global Business partners)
• Six Sigma qualification would be considered as a strong advantage
