Workflow Administrator with English / German / French / Polish language
Main responsibilities:
· Creating schedules and predicting queue volume;
· Distributing the incoming and outgoing traffic;
· Monitoring the KPI`s and suggesting improvements;
· Ensuring the agents meet the company policies.

Job requirements:
· Fluency in English / German / French / Polish (C1 level);
· Previous experience within Customer Service/ Technical Support is considered as an advantage.
· Analytical thinking;
· Excellent Excel knowledge.
