Orders Administrator with Italian/ French/ German or Dutch

Main Responsibilities:

• The main focus of the role is to handle various orders and order related inqueries;
• Responsible for order creation, renewals, changes and cancellations;
• Provide clients with invoices and other order related documents upon request;
• Work with a specific internal software system.

Requirements:

• Fluent Italian/ French/ German/Dutch language both written and spoken;
• PC literacy and a good command of English language
• Previous experience in an administrative position will be considered an advantage.
