We are looking for our international client an ambitious new member to join their company on the position of:


Administrative Office Assistant (Pharmaceutical Company)



Main responsibilities:
Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and keep track of their visits;
Answer and forward incoming telephone calls, respond to inquiries;
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services;
Schedule meetings and conference calls;
Assist with a variety of administrative and technical support tasks
Provide support to the managers

Requirements:
Fluency in English (both verbal and written);
MS Office competencies;
Excellent time-management and organizational skills;
Pleasant, polite and dynamic personality;
Good working knowledge of office equipment;
Any previous experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage.
