We are currently looking for one of our partners in IT sector, for a self-driven and results oriented person to be given the role of:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval to offer acceptance
Administer end-to-end hiring cycles
Develop and execute Recruiting plans and Employer Branding project
Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and build a pool of candidates for future projects
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, events and sourcing campaigns.
Complete final offer with candidate


Requirements:
Experience on the same or similar position
Experience with Employer Branding activities will be considered advantage
Experience in attracting candidates by various channels
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Strong organization and communication skills
