HR Coordinator with French, German or Italian Language

Main responsibilities:
The main focus of the role is providing general support to the internal company colleagues on payroll matters, tax issues and benefit plans;
Help maintain and reconcile payroll records and verify and coordinate payroll data;
Supports HR administrative processes - sickness leaves, paid and unpaid leaves, activities related to new-hires process;
Work with specialized software.

Job requirements:
Fluent level of French / German or Italian (level: C1);
Very good level of English;
Minimum of two years of experience in human resources administration;
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
