Customer Care Agent with French, German, Polish, Portuguese – Fully Remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preforming outbound calls as part of the case settlement process, to follow up on the customer and other parties;
* Providing all type of information via calls, chat, e-mail or web system;
* Pursue the predetermined steps to solve cases for customers;
* Thinking analytically and logically to ensure resolving of the cases in the best way.

Requirements:
* Great command of French, German, Polish, Portuguese and English language (spoken and written);
* Problem-solving oriented, focused on providing great customer experience;
* Basic familiarity with hardware components, common external devices, connectivity, data
storage, software apps and operating systems;
* Previous experience in the telecommunication and network services will be an advantage,
knowledge of hardware, sales, product functionality, networking etc. is a plus;
