YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to HR process owners in development and contract improvement of the chatbot support for HR processes & systems management
Provide suggestions for the new content pipeline definition, in cooperation with the HR Operations, group process owners in HR & outside of the function
Analyze & report chatbot performance for identification of areas of improvement
Cooperate with Subject Matter Experts in HR and other functions to define the content to be developed in the chatbot
Cooperate with BSO People Services Specialists to identify the chatbot knowledge gaps for further content development
Communicate with BSO People Services and country process experts for the content localization
Actively train Chatbot on building new connections between questions and intents
Ensure timely content delivery through cooperation with SMEs & Chatbot Mentors
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
Knowledge of established HR business processes (talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, HR administration)
Experience with HR systems (SAP, CSOD)
Conversion/dialogs building skills
Analytical thinking with customer-oriented approach
Experience with Microsoft Excel (Macros) is essential
Excellent command of English – both written and verbal
Linguistics degree is considered an advantage
