Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve issues related to refunds, service complaints, and general customer inquiries
Enhance customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
Maintain a deep understanding of their products, services, and special offers to provide customers with accurate information
Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer service protocols
Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance future service methods
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and customer service techniques

Requirements:
Strong communication skills in German and English, with a flair for problem-solving
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stressful situations diplomatically
Availability to work in shifts, during weekends, as required by the health industry
