HR Administration Specialist

Your responsibilities:
Preparation and maintenance of documentation related to the hiring, termination, and reassignment of employees;
Process and hand over leavers documentation;
Hand over contract agreement;
Administrate personnel labor files and ensure accurate documents management;
Work in compliance with the Bulgarian Labor legislation and Company rules.

Our requirements:
University degree in business-related studies will be considered as an advantage;
Good knowledge of Bulgarian Labour code;
At least 1-year previous relevant experience;
Strong planning and organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task with a focus on achieving results;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Fluency in English.
