HR Business Partner

Job brief:
We are looking for a qualified, experienced, ambitious, and creative specialist to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our client's business goals.
HR Business partner who will take the role in terms of HR management, People Leadership related topics and organizational development.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.

Your mission:
As HR Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact for selected business and service areas on all HR issues. The goal is to provide the best support from the HR function and thus contribute to the success of the business.
You will advise the management team on operational and strategic issues related to employee recruitment and development, succession planning and career paths as well as organizational changes, compensation, etc.
You will develop leadership capabilities values and be an ambassador of the company values by integrating these into all people practices.
You will discuss people analytics with People Leadership and trigger respective actions.
You will collect, analyze and prioritize business needs (for own area) and translate into HR and leadership actions.
Champion collaboration/communication.
Improve business results/effectiveness of teams by ensuring that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results.
Conduct HR consulting and coaching (e.g., working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.)
Enable business change (e.g., supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions, etc.)
Manage the complete team in HR department in the company and develop it according to the future needs of the company.
Create, monitor and control the HR processes and compliancy of documentation, payroll and talent development within the organisation.

Qualifications and requirements for the position:
Bachelor or master’s in human resources, psychology, economics etc.
Experience on a similar position with leadership responsibility.
Experience in shaping HR models, departments, reorganizations or similar.
Very good knowledge of the Bulgarian labor legislation concerning personnel administration.
Excellent command in written and spoken English.
Excellent ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and company employees.
Оrganizational skills, attention to details and multitasking.
Ability to understand business needs and adopt solutions.
Ability to communicate efficiently on all organizational levels and work both internal and external stakeholders from a variety of cultures.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international organization.
