Our client is one of the global leading companies in their industry. Currently we are shaping the managerial team of the company and is actively looking for the right person for the position of:

Country HR Manager

The Country HR Manager will oversee and lead all the aspects of human resources practices and processes in the company production site in Bulgaria.

This is an ideal position for a motivated, results driven individual who will enjoy the responsibility and challenges of the position and will convert the strategic thinking into operational activities.

The mission:
To implement, manage and develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and global goals.
Work strategically with a focus on staffing a growing factory.
Conduct HR planning and budgeting activities.
Lead a team of HR professionals who are responsible for a variety of HR activities – recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, HR administration and payroll.
Report to headquarter management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications and requirements for the position:
Bachelor or master’s degree in human resources, psychology, economics etc.
Proven background on a similar position with leadership responsibility.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
Experience in shaping HR models, departments, reorganizations or similar.
Very good knowledge of the Bulgarian labor legislation concerning personnel administration.
Excellent command in written and spoken English.German is a plus.
Excellent ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and company employees.
Оrganizational skills, attention to details and multitasking.
Ability to understand business needs and adopt solutions.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international organization.
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with senior management staff
