For one of our trusted clients - one of the leading manufacturers of aluminium systems, we are looking for:

Country Sales Manager – aluminium industry


Main responsibilities:
Empower the company sales force by leading, supervising, and evaluating towards achieving their targets and driving business growth;
Stay ahead of the trading game by being informed of market trends, competition, and opportunities;
Effectively drive the implementation of the strategic decisions, with the maximum contribution of the local sales team;
Continuously evaluate, develop and improve the customer relationships to achieve operational excellence;
Contribute significantly to the Network growth by creating new opportunities, developing new leads and participating in industry events;
Be a problem-solver and leader in negotiations to secure corporate commercial terms, new opportunities and long-lasting partnerships.
Requirements:
Higher technical education in a relevant field - Civil Engineering or Mechanical engineering;
Extended working experience in a similar position in the aluminium industry is a must;
Deep knowledge of architectural aluminium/PVC systems and their designs;
The ability to lead and motivate a sales team for achieving their targets and driving business growth;
Very good skills of using modern IT systems (CRM, ERP, Business Reporting, etc.) is required;
Effective communication and negotiations skills;
Excellent English knowledge.
