Due to the expansion of its business and department upgrading, for our partner - member of an international industrial group we are looking for an energetic candidate to join the team as
RECRUITER IN PRODUCTION COMPANY

Your responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies;
Utilizing labor market consultation, competitive intelligence, and selling the company brand;
Provide full-cycle recruiting services including recruitment strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers;
Maintaining Human Resources Data in the company system;
Participate actively in knowledge preservation and information management to support business dynamics;
Sing a variety of techniques to discover and attract passive candidates.
Your background:
Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience for production workers (blue collars);
University Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related subject would be a plus;
Good command of English, both written and verbal (B2-C1);
Skilled in adapting communication style and offer negotiation;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Team player, proactive & result-driven.
