For one of our clients - reputable foreign company, Manpower Bulgaria is looking for dynamic and motivated professional to take the challenging position of:

Human Relations & People Development Specialist

Position Summary:

- Responsible for the design, delivery, evaluation and implementation of innovative talent management and development programs supporting the career paths, development plans and development gaps -across the enterprise.
- The primary focus will be on building the programs that drive organizational effectiveness, managing the delivery and ensuring employee development, growth, and satisfaction.

Key Duties:

- Work with the business leadership and HR Business Partners to conduct needs analysis, consult on training and development initiatives, learning strategy development and deployment, and other talent management and learning activities.
- Support activities to launch and complete performance management processes, talent reviews and employee engagement surveys.
- Continually assess development and learning programs and solutions to ensure continuous improvement and relevance to needs of the changing business.
- Create and maintain the corporate learning and development calendar.
- Stay abreast of latest trends and shares best practices within the talent development arena.
- Work with peers across the Family of Companies to assist in globally aligning training and development initiatives and processes.

Qualifications and requirements for the position:

- Bachelor or master’s in human resources, psychology, economics etc.
- Experience on a similar position in organizational - and HR-development.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English.
- Excellent ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and company employees.
- Оrganizational skills, attention to details and multitasking.
- Ability to understand business needs and adopt solutions.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international organization.
- Recognizable team spirit attitude.
