They are looking for a self-motivated and curious person, who has project management and organization skills, and experience working within our fast-paced environment, to assist the CEO.

This position is a mixture of a senior executive assistant, project manager, and administrator. The goal is to enhance the executives' effectiveness by providing information management support, prioritizing the agenda and taking over administrative burden. Working directly with the CEO of the company the tasks include:

Responsibilities:
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, workshops and travel;
Manage the administrative side of the CEOs office including interaction with authorities (English/ German);
Provide logistical support, including travel booking, accommodation, etc for both private and professional events;
Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support;
Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations;
Collaborate with key stakeholders in the wider business;
Acts as a point of contact between the executive and company employees by managing information flow.

Requirements:
Exceptional organizational skills needed to manage constantly changing, overfilled CEO agenda;
2-5 years of experience working as a personal or executive assistant;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English;
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage complex and overfilled diaries;
Experience executing a broad variety of administrative tasks from insurance claims to the organization of events;
Excellent command of MS Office;
Ability for traveling abroad once per month;
Highly flexible, discreet, and able to work in a constantly changing environment.
