Recruitment SpecialistWe are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and outgoing Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Sofia and help us attract the best talents on the market!
Recruitment Specialist
Your profile:
* Sourcing and attracting active and passive candidates through different channels – job boards, professional networks, social media, etc;
* Working closely with hiring managers to understand each position’s requirements;
* Market research and identification of new and effective recruitment platforms and applications;
* Creating and posting job vacancy advertisements on job platforms and social networks;
* Communicating with candidates and providing feedback timely;
* Organizing and conducting interviews together with the hiring Manager;
* Collecting and processing the necessary paperwork;
Requirements:
* Experience in end to end recruitment is considered an advantage;
* Outstanding soft skills and ability to finalize tasks in timely manner;
* Good command of English and Bulgarian;
* Basic computer skills (experience with LinkedIn and different recruiting platforms is a plus);
* Initiative, responsible with strong desire for learn and grow;
* Result oriented with ability to prioritize.
