Regarding the expansion of their business in Bulgaria, we are looking for an ambitious individual who is brave enough to join their team on the position:
Recruitment Specialist
In this role YOU will be responsible for:
Manage the end to end hiring process and develop hiring strategies;
Maintain company`s database, job postings and prepare evaluation records;
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks);
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and online interviews;
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Experience in a relevant role;
Fluent English;
PC Literacy;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
