For one of our clients – a global company leading the way in the consumer goods field. We
are looking for driven, friendly and attentive individuals for the role of CTC Agreements
Assistant with German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Understanding and answering customer questions;
* Solving issues and following up on them, managing everything according to given timelines;
* Dealing with invoices, agreements and contracts;
* Handling all calculations, notes and documents relating to contract agreements;
* Ensuring that agreements and contracts are applied and payments are being made
accordingly;
* Preforming all month-end/ year-end activities in time and according to regulations;
* Offering top quality service to relevant customers and striving to meet or exceed KPI’s;
* Supporting others and striving to improve personal performance and the process by solving
issues and optimizing.

Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English language;
* Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent is considered nan
advantage;
* Previous experience in a similar, process-driven, role is an advantage;
* Great Excell skillset and knowledge of SAP and/or CMA systems is desirable;
* Excellent communication and people skills;
* Focused and driven to ensure high level of customer satisfaction;
* Strong time-management, prioritizing and organizational skills;
* Attentive, flexible and team-oriented.
