Currently Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria is looking for a highly motivated professional, inspired to enrich knowledge and expertise in a dynamic and challenging business environment.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and ensures that environmental processes are implemented, established and followed by all sites in the Country in full compliance with corporate, TCCC and ISO 14001 requirements.
Takes a leadership role to promote Environmental culture in all aspects of the business.
Provides management with information on a regular basis on environmental system status, environmental goals and objectives achievements.
Assists in achieving environmental targets and projects at optimum cost and efficiency. Run feasibility studies in cooperation with finance and engineering
Conducts and identifies environmental risk assessments in case of introduction of new equipment, processes, products, raw materials and supports the root cause analysis process
Sets milestones and follows-up to ensure continued focus on major strategic priorities.
Establishes and maintains productive relationships with the local community and regulatory and supervisory institutions
Works x - functionally at Country and Corporate level to establish/update procedures, standards and systems and supplying the proper feedback.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Minimum 3 years of relevant E&HS experience
University degree/ Masters in Environment, Food technologies, Engineering, Chemistry Engineering or Biology is required
Good knowledge on all relevant local and EU laws and regulations
Experience with contractors management
Fluent English knowledge
Strong leadership and experience with change management
Strong influencing and problem solving skills.
