customer experience solutions and services. We are searching for attentive, bright and
organized analytical thinkers for the role of Payroll Specialist with English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preforming precise salary calculations on a monthly basis;
* Supporting HR in the administration regarding employees (contracts, certificates…)
* Cooperating with employees and answering to their concerns regarding salaries;
* Utilizing system’s data on hours, leaves and paid leaves and validating its accuracy;
* Following up on the presence, working hours and compensations of employees with their
line managers;
* Keeping up with the changes on legislation of labor and social insurance and ensuing
timely implementation it the process;
* Preparing, handling and filing all legal declarations and returns to government institutions;
* Additionally, providing support related to business advisory services, risk management,
internal control and internal audit when needed.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English language (B2 level is a minimum requirement);
* Previous experience is a must (knowledge of payroll and ability to handle HR tasks);
* In-detail knowledge of Bulgarian Labor Code Law;
* Proficient PC user, skilled with MS Office apps (Word, Excel and Power Point especially),
experience with Style software is a great advantage;
* Communicative and motivated with an open-minded attitude;
* Strong time-management skills, able to analyze, prioritize and stick to set deadlines;
* Attentive, detail-oriented and eager to improve and deliver results.
