We are a recruitment and employment agency operating in a few European countries and we assist companies in finding the right workforce. We deal with the recruitment of temporary and permanent workers for positions in various fields of work: hospitality, construction, production, textile industry, drivers, etc. Our teams of recruiting agents are experts who specialize in finding the right workers.

Salary: 650 - 1000 Euro

Working City: Remote (Work from home)

The Ideal Candidate

Qualification: A university degree doesn't guarantee you a successful sales career. There are loads of famous CEOs who did not graduate just look at Bill Gates and Richard Branson !

Our ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and have a basic knowledge of Sales and Admin. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

We are looking for candidates to assist in our Sales and HR recruitment duties and other general office jobs.

Work includes dealing with Job Vacancies, handling of telephone calls and inputting data in our system. No previous experience in similar posts is required; however, experience in sales will be advantageous. We are mainly looking for people with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and who are self-motivated.

Job description::

As remuneration, we are offering a monthly fixed wage together with a generous commission based on results. The company will also cover all travelling costs and provide free accommodation. Working hours are flexible but are mainly between 9 am to 5 pm.
We are a multi-national, multi-cultural company and some of you will feel like visiting different parts of the world on a daily basis as we have offices in Europe, Asia and Africa!


- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate

- Attention to detail.

- Prior administrative and/or sales experience is a plus but not required

- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.)

- Knowledge of the English language is a big advantage but not a requirement

- Driving license is an advantage but not a requirement
