Business travel consultant with German
Your Typical Day:
Provide high-touch customer care to business travelers;
Offer solutions for flight, hotel, train travel, and other travel-related needs;
Assist clients both before and during their business trips.
What You Need:
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening;
Fluency in German (written and verbal);
Working proficiency in English;
Preferred: Work experience in travel, airline, hospitality, or a related industry;
Preferred: Previous experience in a customer experience center;
Good typing and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications;
Organized with excellent decision-making and analytical skills;
Team player with a positive attitude;
High school education.
