HR Generalist

Responsibilities
Liaise between the HRBP team and the Payroll & Admin team coordinating the business priorities and the administrative execution
Support the HRBPs in business meetings related to restructuring, massive hiring, reduction while providing legal and administrative expertise
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Follow up on disciplinary cases as milestones, critical deadlines and administrative input such as absence reports, internal labor rules requirements, etc.
May participate in internal hiring process, conducting interviews as well as exit interviews with leavers for the biggest business areas such as ITD, CS, etc.
Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices and advises accordingly the HR team and VP HR to maintain compliance
Manage the new joiners’ as well as the leavers’ administration process
Prepare employment agreements, annexes, and other employee relations documentation.
Provide administration support to the HR team and other departments in the company. Trains junior staff
Maintain monthly/quarterly headcount report for the site with main headcount metrics like FTEs, maternities, leavers, attrition, absences, etc. and other statistics, including SOX project related support
Enter data and update HR systems as per ongoing changes. Acts as a system integrator between Success Factors and the local payroll system aiming to eliminate double work from both teams
Maintain employee absences data across systems
Provide support to Payroll & HR Administration Manager for monthly payroll process, according SOX controls.

Candidate requirements
Relevant University degree
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
Experience with HR Management Systems is a must
Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures and labor relations
Sound communication skills
Curious, proactive, self-driven and project-oriented nature
Fluency in English
Be comfortable using Microsoft Windows, Office, MS Teams and other software
Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
