- Previous experience in administration/secretarial job is a bonus but not a must
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Russian is a bonus
- Keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support
- Completing basic administration tasks
- Ability to organise your time and workload
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
- Always keeping a smile and a positive attitude
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
