On behalf of our client, a leading provider of payment processing and consulting, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of
Compensation Analyst

Main Responsibilities:
• Actively contribute to the implementation and administration of programs, policies and processes related to compensation;
• Act as the person in charge with all issues related to compensation and provide internal consultations;
• Collaborate with the finance team and prepare periodic forecasts for compensation related matters such as short-term and long-term incentives;
• Manage the global long-term incentive plan (LTIP) of the company;
• Participate in salary surveys with different vendors;
• Conduct benchmarking analysis to support in base salary determination, incentive and variable pay plans, and other compensation programs;
• Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of annual processes (salary reviews, payment of bonuses and other incentive compensation plans, LTIP grants); manage the year-end reviews in the corporate HR systems;
• Partake the development and coordination of communications related to compensation matters.

Requirements:
• University degree in the fields of Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Excellent ability to multitask and respect deadlines;
• Fluent level of English written and spoken;
• Detail-oriented person with analytical and methodical skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and independently.
