For our partner, an established company with over 30 years of history, operating in the field of trade in automotive oils, we are looking for:
Accounting and Administration Specialist
Your main responsibilities will include:
Liaising with external accountants in the preparation of accounting records;
Processes company’s payroll;
Receiving, verifying, and posting invoices related to accounts payables;
Execute outgoing payments and post bank entries and transactions;
Prepare Account Receivable Aging Report on a daily basis;
Issuing invoices and receipts.

The things you need to have to qualify for the finals:
University degree in Accounting and or/ Finance;
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions;
Fluency in English is a must;
Analytical skills;
ERP knowledge, Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
Knowledge of SAP and IFRS will be considered a strong advantage.
