For them, we are looking for an Office Assistant - Part Time.
The main responsibilities would include:
Coordination of administrative and operational processes in the company;
Communication by phone and e-mail with clients, partners and suppliers of the company;
Welcoming clients and business partners in the office;
Order office supplies and provide inventory control system.

Requirements:
Fluent English - both written and verbal;
Excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and professional proactivity;
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
