OFFICE ASSISTANT

Main responsibilities:
Maintaining correspondence with clients in English;
Responsible for handling invoices;
Communication via phone and email;
Discussing applications with the sales representatives;
Perform administrative and office support activities.

What we expect from you is:

Proficiency in English;
Experience with ERP systems;
Good knowledge of Excel;
Experience with Microsoft Power Point, Adobe Photoshop – preferable;
