Shift Lead with French

Main Responsibilities:

• Guiding the team towards attaining the metrics;
• Conducting assessments of the team and filling in the knowledge gaps;
• Responsible for company trainings and team buildings;
• Daily analysis of the incoming volumes;
• Responsible for client escalations and documentation;
• Ownership of team schedules.

Job requirements:

• Excellent level of French and English (C1 Level);
• Excellent communication skills;
• 3+ years of previous experience in an outsourcing company;
• At least 1-year experience as a senior agent;
• Experience as a Shift Lead, Team Lead, or Quality Analyst will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge in Microsoft/Windows/ MS Office Suite/Antivirus and firewall support/ VPN/ PC hardware/ ITSM ticketing tools.
