For one of our trusted clients - one of the leading companies for data communication solutions in vehicles. The product portfolio includes coaxial, HSD and sensor cables, electronic modules and cables, we are looking for HR BUSINESS PARTNER


Main responsibilities:

Supporting workforce planning, develops strategic plans for recruitment & retention to ensure that the short, medium and long-term needs of the organization are met;
Utilizing people analytics and metrics to develop solutions that address gaps and capitalize on opportunities;
Applying sophisticated knowledge of employment law, and exercising good judgment to effectively resolve employment relations issues in partnership with middle management;
Partnering with hiring managers to set diversity hiring goals;
Identifying development needs for the middle management;
Managing training programs and evaluations;
Actively collaborates with the Global HR Solutions Team, located in company’s headquarter in Germany;
Driving HR initiatives that strengthen the organizational culture and employee engagement.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
At least two years of experience on a similar position;
Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken;
Knowledge of the applicable labor law and practices along with a strong understanding of MS Office tools;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills;
Accuracy, ability to maintain confidential information, flexibility, self-motivation, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work in a team.
