Recruitment and Development Specialist
The main responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the entire recruitment process - applications’ sourcing, interviews and offers;
Implements innovative strategies and channels to attract and recruit candidates locally and abroad;
Maintains and develops a database of candidates;
Actively participates in employee journey processes as - onboarding and offboarding, appraisal and performance, career development programs;
If necessary, providing support to the HR administration and payroll team.
Requirements:
1-3 years of previous experience in Recruitment;
University degree in Human Resourses or Psychology will be an advantage;
Fluency in English - both written and verbal;
Experience in headhunting & knowledge of advanced search techniques on LinkedIn;
Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of HR practices.
