On behalf of our client, a well-known international supermarket chain, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of HR Manager.
Main responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies, policy and procedures;
• Participating in the preparation of the HR annual budget;
• Driving the development and management of staff recruitment, employee life-cycle programs, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding;
• Managing of all day-to-day operations and handle administrative HR topics;
• Ensuring strong compliance to local legislation and labor law including health and safety regulations;
• Managing the local training and development activity;
• Employees performance system management;
• Liaising between Management level and the team for HR related matters.
Requirements and qualifications:
• University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of experience on a similar position;
• Experience in managing a team;
• Very good knowledge and understanding of local legislation and labor law;
• Analytical mind, strategic thinking and results oriented personality;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Very good computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel);
• Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
• Clean driving licence.
