For our super successful Executive Search Team, we are looking for:

HR & Recruitment Assistant

Main responsibilities:
Organizes meetings and keeping track of the schedule of Executive Search team;
Assists in the recruitment process for senior and managerial roles, including: preparing and posting job ads, pre-selection of candidates, organizing and taking part in job interviews and providing regular feedback to the candidates;
Organizes and coordinates the internal trainings within the company;
Assists the Process Improvement Manager with regular checks on compliance with company’s corporate standards and procedures;
Assists with the administration of company’s own psychometrical assessment system;
Assists the Operations Manager in keeping track of current open positions and managing the engagement of consultants within various teams.

Requirements to fill the role:
Fluent English;
Previous experience as an HR assistant, recruitment assistant, personal assistant to the CEO or similar roles - at least 2 years;
Any background or education in HR will be considered a strong advantage;
Higher education in business administration, HR or similar;
Organized, pro-active, ambition to grow;
Strong business acumen;
Great communication skills;
Maturity and emotional intelligence.
