Our partner is a fast-growing international company in the field of green energy and ecology. For their Bulgarian team, we are looking for an ambitious and eager to learn professional on the role of:
HR SPECIALIST
Main responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions;
Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs;
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures;
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics;
Support the organization of quarterly and annual employee performance reviews;
Support the employee-related paperwork (contracts, leave requests, timesheets)

Requirements to fill the role:
Experience: at least two years in the human resources area;
Language: strong command of English;
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field;
Technical Skills: MS Office, mainly MS Word, MS Excell and MS PowerPoint; previous experience with HRMS will be considered an advantage;
Open minded, positive and honest, willing to learn and develop professionally as well as personally;
Passionate about helping people grow.
