For one of our international partners, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to join their team as:

Junior HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Independently manage daily HR administration activities across Europe
Ensure timely execution of HR administrative tasks, including: preparing legal and employment documents, maintaining and updating HR systems (Workday and Time & Attendance systems)
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Create purchase orders in Oracle and follow up on invoice accuracy
Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR administration-related queries
Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR services, resolve issues, and implement process improvements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or support functions within international companies
Fluent in English
Understanding of labor legislation
Knowledge and hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
