Customer Support Agent with German / Dutch / Turkish or Finnish



Main responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via various channels;
Consult clients about the company’s products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction in the system.

Job requirements:
Fluency in German / Dutch / Turkish or Finnish;
Working level of English;
Good computer literacy;
Customer service experience will be considered as an advantage.
