Bid Proposal Specialist with French

Main Responsibilities:
Taking part in the development of detailed proposal documents and reviewing proposal content to ensure all standards are met;
Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and creating bid projects according to internal and client deadlines;
Defining and preventing the potential issues in the bid plan or strategy;
Supporting the Bid Manager in all activities and escalations if needed;
Managing and communicating to the bid team all bid-related interactions through the relevant client portal, including document management;
Ensuring the winning strategy and win themes are articulated effectively throughout the bid response, meeting the client's needs;

Job requirements:
Fluent levels of English and French (B2-C1);
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another related field;
Experience in working in a dynamic atmosphere and coordinating multiple simultaneous activities;
Experience in Project Management will be considered a strong advantage;
Customer-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, and detail orientation;
