Administrative Coordinator - Receptionist

We are Globe Williams Facilities Management, a part of Globe Wiliams International - a global privately hold business headquartered in Athens, Greece.


REQUIREMENTS::

 Experience in administration and office work for at least 1 year;
 Good at MS office - Word, Excel, Power Point;
 Excellent knowledge of English – both written and spoken;
 A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
 Effectively manages multiple tasks;.
 Flexible and able to work in intensive office environment;
 Interpersonal skills, interactive, helpful and friendly;
 Respects and supports good business ethics and confidentiality;
 University Degree;
 Preparing payment plans and processing payments
 Creating operational reports
 Supporting the business development activities
 Other responsibilities assigned by the manager or by direct supervisor


RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Sorting and distribution of mails, dealing with couriers, receive and send business correspondence, receiving and send visitors in the office;
 Accompany Administrative manager to meet supplies
 Answering the telephone, taking messages and dealing with enquiries, photocopying and faxing;;
 Record problems with the maintenance of the building and ensures timely solving;
 Update information on internal tables and e-flows
 Hotels booking and management;
 Keys management /office, lockers, cabinets/;
 Assisting Management team;
 Achieve the targets according to the company’s policy and process strictly;
 Company apartments monitoring – check in/check out;
 Manage the company carpool;
 Responsible person for submitting of Purchase requests for administration department;
 Responsible person for receiving purchase orders for administration department;
