Our mission is to help them find an animal lover to fill the position of:
OFFICE MANAGER
Main duties for the position:
- Receiving phone calls;
- Welcoming and guiding clinic patients and shelter visitors;
- Drawing up the patients' schedule and recording appointments;
- Preparation and maintenance of complete documentation related to the activity of the shelter;
Key Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Administration and/or Office Management;
- Experience with administrative documentation;
- Experience with MS Officer;
- Good command of English;
