the online entertainment. We are on a lookout for motivated, polite and friendly individuals for
the role of Call Centre Agent with Dutch, Czech, German Danish or Portuguese and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as a first point of contact for our customers while utilizing chat, phone and/or email;
* Providing support and relevant information related to company’s products and services;
* Offering solutions and striving to close each case in a timely manner;
* Communicate professionally and with care and providing guidance and advice;
* Working closely with the rest of the team and taking part in additional team activities that
spark your interest.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Dutch, Czech, Danish or Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;
* Patient, polite and friendly manner and a great communication skill;
* Adaptable and able to deal with different types of cases and customers;
* Motivated and result-oriented, eager to learn and improve;
* Team-player and a capable PC user, familiar with MS Office apps, internet navigation and
good typing skills.
